Shipping & Returns Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Boheme Dreams. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
Most of our orders are custom made and can take up to 5 weeks to make plus shipping however most of the time it is sooner. Please make sure you contact us for a better indication of wait times. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping rates vary and will be given at checkout. We ship with the best courier service for your area.You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Once your item has left our workshop we are no longer responsible for your item, we will however do what we can. Choosing signature on delivery is always best to ensure you are the receiver of your package and we will be able to claim anything that gets damaged or undelivered.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Boheme Dreams is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Boheme Dreams is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only but feel free to ask about international.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind and any custom order will not be exchanged after order placement. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
•has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.
We do not have to refund on change of mind but in the instance that we decide to, you will need to ship the item back at your expense, subject to a loss of the amount we have already spent on the item (I.e if your order was $200 and we spent $100 in product to make your item you will be refunded $100 only) and will be refunded less shipping costs once the item has been returned and inspected by us or if the item has not left us yet you will receive your shipping fee back.
But honestly we've yet to have someone wanting to return anything... You are going to LOVE it :)
