Boheme Dreams products are all handmade and may contain small parts that may pose a choking risk. Please keep away from small children. LOOK BUT DONT TOUCH. Buyer accepts all responsibility and upon purchase agrees to place away from children in a safe area. While I take extreme care with each item, these products are handmade and intended for display purpose only (not for little fingers). Please be careful of where you hang your items and you will enjoy this safely for a longer. 😊
Shipping & Returns Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Boheme Dreams. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
Most of our orders are custom made and can take up to 4 weeks to arrive however most of the time it is alot sooner. Please make sure you contact us for a better indication of wait times. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping rates vary and will be given at checkout. We ship with Australia Post and Fastway Couriers Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Boheme Dreams is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Boheme Dreams is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy We currently ship to Australia only but feel free to enquire about international.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind and any custom order will not be exchanged after order placement. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
•has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.
We do not have to refund on change of mind but in the instance that we decide to, you will need to ship the item back at your expense, subject to a 10% restocking fee and will be refunded less shipping costs once the item has been returned and inspected by us.
